Microplásticos has the capacity to produce for diversified markets. Currently, the automotive market is the one that has gained more relevance in our production through the creation of components for engine compartments, interiors and doors. However, we are in an important growth phase linked to the production of components for the Building Technologies sector and for more sustainable markets such as e-Bikes.

We have a multidisciplinary team with specific methodologies available to integrate the project from the initial phase to the validation of the manufacturing process. We use Moldflow simulation, 3D printing, product development and validation.

With a multidisciplinary team and specific methodologies, we support our clients through design and simulations in order to validate the best possible manufacturing process for the useful life of the product.
We have development support software such as Catia, Creo, Moldlfow and Moldex.
The concept of simultaneous engineering is for us a strategic pillar in the development of better products in harmony with more robust processes in order to ensure quality.

The in-house production of molds is a clear advantage in the market, offering our clients greater flexibility, reduced industrialization time and control over the entire value chain.
Internally, we produce prototype molds to support the development activities and about 60 series molds per year.

The injection process is the core business of our company and is equipped with the best technologies in order to respond to the constant challenges of our customers.
We have a strong knowledge in the over moulding of components and integration of the stamping process in our production cells.
Quality is for our company a transversal requirement to all processes, being present from the development phase to its validation in production.
We have internally all the means to guarantee the quality of our products.

As a complement and differentiation factor, we add a wide range of assembly processes with state-of-the-art equipment.
